These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between you as a user of the services and the operator of the website www.privatetoursczech.cz (“Website”).

By using this Website or booking services through it, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Our Website offers custom-tailored trips and personal transportation, including:
- Private transfers from point A to point B,
- Themed trips with multiple stops,
- Driver-guide or driver-photographer services,
- And other additional services depending on current availability.
Reservations can be made via an online form or by email.
Prices shown on the Website are indicative and may vary based on the scope of services or special requests by the customer.
3. User Accounts and Reservations
Reservations do not require account registration.
Partners interested in collaboration must register and await approval from the provider.
Each reservation becomes binding upon confirmation by the provider via email or other electronic means.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for services can be made via:
- Cash to the driver after the trip,
- Payment card via terminal with the driver,
- Online card payment (coming soon).
In certain cases, a deposit or full advance payment may be required — the customer will always be informed in advance via email or reservation confirmation.
Prices are listed excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Customers will receive a payment confirmation or tax invoice.
5. Reservation Changes and Cancellations
Customers may change or cancel their reservation by contacting support via email or phone.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the reservation price may apply.
In case of no-show without notice, no refund is provided.
The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service due to force majeure (e.g. accident, driver illness, vehicle malfunction) — the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative solution.
6. Liability and Limitations
We are committed to delivering services professionally, safely, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking. In case of intentional false information or inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without compensation.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us as soon as possible at: booking@privatetoursczech.cz
We handle each complaint individually and strive for a fair resolution.
We recommend submitting complaints within 5 working days after the trip, including a description of the issue and any supporting documentation (e.g. photos, email correspondence).
8. Final Provisions
These Terms may be unilaterally amended by the provider. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the Website.
By using the Website, you agree to the current version of the Terms.
Legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
