PrivateToursCzech.cz is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all passengers and drivers. We enforce a strict zero tolerance policy against the following behaviors:
1. Alcohol and controlled substances
- Drivers must not operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating or psychotropic substances. Service may be refused to customers who are visibly under the influence.
2. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior
- Verbal or physical aggression, insults, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior towards drivers, passengers, or others is not tolerated.
- In such cases, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the ride.
3. Discrimination and harassment
- We do not tolerate any form of discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, health status, or any personal characteristics.
- We promote a culture of dignity, equality, and safety for all.
4. Reporting incidents
- Any violation of the zero tolerance policy will be investigated.
- Passengers or drivers may report incidents to support@privatetoursczech.cz
- In cases of repeated or serious violations, cooperation may be terminated immediately.
